The kitchenette offered a medium-sized fridge and a mini dishwasher, perfect for simple meal prep. The glass shower provided a relaxed experience, eliminating the need for a curtain.

Room sound insulation could use improvement, as noises from above and next door were quite audible. The water pressure in the shower fell short of expectations, and the parking lot felt cramped for larger vehicles like pickups with trailers.

I was delighted by the warm and welcoming staff, especially the young lady at the front desk who made my birthday stay memorable! The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed with a kitchenette that made preparing meals a breeze.

The parking lot felt cramped!!! Also, the air conditioning unit seemed tricky to manage, and it would help if there were more cots available for larger families!!!

this place tries to be fancy but fails miserably. i was woken by noise from the kids upstairs, and the shower curtain was way too short—oh joy! expected a complimentary upgrade, but nope, i guess luxury is only for other guests. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t!

the shampoo in the shower is the best! the pool is shaded too early.

Breakfast offered a variety of options, and the gym was impressively maintained. However, parking was somewhat cramped, and the air conditioning required some finesse to adjust properly. We look forward to our next visit!

We had a fantastic time hanging out with friends! The hotel was conveniently located for our trip to the Tennessee Aquarium and a stroll down the Riverwalk. The kitchen facilities were great for our group meals, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for group trips!

The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway that sometimes disturbed our sleep, especially on weekends.

Our King Studio with Sofa Bed was so cozy! The kitchenette had all we needed, like a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was relaxing with no curtain, just a nice glass shower. The shampoo was amazing! Fitness center looked great too. Definitely a gem for families!
